Azita Panahpour
Azita Panahpour is a multidisciplinary Iranian American artist living in New York City. Her career began as an Art Director at New York’s advertising agencies where she continues to contribute on creative direction for select projects. Shattered Poems is her ongoing series of abstract calligraphy paintings reflecting on her personal story and narratives around leaving one’s homeland. Her art is in private and corporate collections including the Hyatt Kuwait Hotel. Her photography has been exhibited Houston in a number of group and solo shows nationwide as well as published in various annuals and magazines.
